NoticeRun-Specific Service Terms
Service Description. NoticeRun is a software platform that automates the public-notice mailing workflow required by California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license applicants. The platform uses GIS data sourced from San Diego County public records (SanGIS, County Assessor) to identify property owners within the legally required radius of a customer-supplied licensed premises, validates resulting addresses against USPS CASS standards via the Smarty API, and dispatches printed ABC-207E notices through a third-party print/mail provider (PostGrid). NoticeRun currently serves San Diego County, California only.
