We use San Diego County's official parcel boundary data from SanGIS — the same data the county assessor's office uses. Your premises address is geocoded to a precise location, and we identify every parcel whose boundary falls within 500 feet. This is parcel-boundary accurate, not a rough estimate.

Every address is validated through USPS CASS certification before we mail. Addresses that can't be verified are flagged for review — we resolve the issue before anything goes out. A returned notice could raise questions with your ABC licensing rep, so we catch problems upfront.

Property research and address validation happen within minutes of submission. We review every filing before mailing, then print and send via USPS first-class. Notices are typically in the mail within 1–2 business days of submission.
